We provide comprehensive logistics services for manufacturing companies and e-shops alike: warehousing and logistics in our own facilities, domestic and international road, sea, air and rail freight, complete e-commerce fulfillment from goods receipt through to shipment, and value-added services such as co-packing, sorting and repacking. We can combine all of these services into a single tailored solution to match each client's needs.

We currently operate over 60,000 m² of warehousing and fulfillment space across 10 locations, mainly in northern Moravia — in Ostrava, Mošnov, Tošanovice, Šenov and Vyškov — as well as in Brno. Our warehouses are equipped with modern WMS warehouse management systems, gravity racks for supplying production lines, and dedicated areas for e-commerce fulfillment as well as co-packing and sorting.

Our processes are certified to ISO 9001, which gives us a structured risk management system and links our strategic and operational processes. Across all our sites we also apply the 5S, Kaizen and Six Sigma methodologies, focused on order, standardization and continuous quality improvement. In 2025 we additionally obtained the Clean Advantage certificate for CO2 emissions compensation.

Our team has over 20 years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding. VAS Solutions itself was founded in November 2016, and since then we have gradually opened logistics warehouses in Bohumín, Ostrava-Přívoz, Ostrava-Hrabová, Ostrava-Kunčičky, Ostrava-Hrušov, Vyškov, and a terminal in Brno. In 2022 we expanded our offering to include sea, air and rail freight.

Yes, we regularly organize sports and team-building events, such as go-karting or a bumper ball tournament, and we support the Kohouti SK Pržno cycling team.

We offer a complete portfolio of transport services: standard domestic and international road transport across the European Union, express shipments with a 24/7 response, a local shuttle service between suppliers, warehouses and production lines, as well as sea, air and rail freight worldwide, including customs services and insurance.

The shuttle service is regular or one-off transport between suppliers, warehouses, production facilities and end customers, provided using our own fleet of trucks operating 24 hours a day. It is used mainly by manufacturing companies that need reliable supply of their production lines under Just In Time or Just In Sequence principles, or that want to organize a relocation of production or warehouse operations as a project. We also hold permits for weekend and holiday journeys within northern Moravia.

We arrange transport of both palletized and non-palletized shipments for export, import and domestic transport. We offer groupage, full truckload transport, deliveries up to 1.2 tonnes, flatbed deliveries, solo and dedicated trailers, jumbo units and lowdeck trailers for oversized cargo. Beyond the standard CMR insurance cover, we also offer additional cargo insurance.

Yes. We provide sea freight as full-container loads FCL and sea groupage LCL, most commonly in 20DC, 40DC, 40HC and refrigerated 40HC Reefer containers, anywhere in the world, including customs services and insurance. Air freight is available in express, cargo and economy-cargo modes, and for special requirements we can also arrange an on-board courier or charter flights. Rail freight, for example from the Far East, offers a faster alternative to sea freight while remaining cheaper than air freight.

We receive goods from you or your suppliers, inspect them and record them in our WMS warehouse management system. As soon as a customer places an order in your e-shop, the system automatically transfers it to the WMS, our team picks, packs and prepares the shipment for dispatch, and can add promotional materials or a personalized note if required. The system then automatically books collection with the chosen carrier and confirms the dispatch and tracking number back to you. We also handle the complete logistics of returns and complaints.

Our WMS warehouse management system can be connected to most major e-shop platforms. We set up the integration individually based on each client's technical solution, including two-way system communication for transferring orders, stock cards and shipment status.

Besides warehousing, picking and packing, we provide product and 3D photography including post-production, custom-made packaging material supplies with an emphasis on ecology and product protection, and transport arranged directly from your suppliers anywhere in the world to our warehouse. Thanks to the volume of shipments we handle, we can also offer clients favorable discounts on shipping.

As part of co-packing for finished products, we handle assembly of displays, insertion of products, packing into foil and bags, blistering, labeling and preparation of promotional shelving for industry, retail, FMCG and e-commerce clients. As part of sorting, we inspect, recount, measure and weigh incoming components and semi-finished goods according to the instructions and KPIs of the customer's quality department, keep detailed records, and maintain separate areas for rejects and defective parts. The trained VAS Team is available across three shifts.

The 5S methodology helps us maintain order, discipline and standardization in the workplace as the foundation of lean logistics. Six Sigma is used to continuously optimize our processes, allowing us to implement new projects quickly and smoothly while maintaining the required level of quality over the long term. The entire VAS Team is actively involved in quality improvement through the Kaizen methodology.
